PSLL BOUNDARY RULES AND POLICIES

As a Little League chartered organization, we are required to honor the boundary lines between PSLL and our neighboring Little Leagues.  PSLL will use your registration address to verify your player's eligibility for our spring program.  Proof of residency or school attendance within our zone may be requested.

Residence shall be established and supported by documents containing the full residence which includes parent(s) or guardian(s) name, street address, city, state and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1 of the previous year and February 1 of the current year.  Acceptable forms of proof of residency are a driver license, an apartment lease, homeowner records, utility bill, etc.

A school issued report card or performance record is NOT accepted to establish school attendance. Either the school enrollment form  or an official/certified school enrollment record dated prior to October 1 of the previous year can be used to establish school attendance for the current season.

We recognize that your child may be eager to join our spring season and that you may not be familiar with your zoned Little League.  We are saddened to not be able to accommodate those who wish to play in our league, yet might live just a few city blocks beyond the boundary line.  As a Little League chartered organization, we are obligated to comply with Little League boundary policies.  Failure to comply with these rules may subject PSLL to penalties, including disqualification from postseason Tournament play.

If you began your PSLL involvement while residing (or attending school) within our catchment zone in 2016 or earlier, please contact PSLL Player Agent, Dan Schachner at danschachner@gmail.com.  If previous eligibility can be verified, PSLL will evaluate the opportunity to continue playing in PSLL, per Little League League Boundary Regulation II(d).
