Coach Alina Castillo currently plays Division 1 softball at Long Island University. I have been playing softball for about 16 years. In high school I was a four year letter winner, four time All-Conference, and three-time team MVP. I am now a Junior 3rd basemen and a left handed power hitter. Throughout my travel ball years, I played shortstop and also slapped. When it came to coaching I helped out with clinics held by my travel coach. These clinics involved girls from 6 to 12 years of age with some at the beginner stage. The clinics involved fundamental skills for both hitting and fielding. I was also an assistant coach for the NorCal Bandits for the summer of 2018. In 2019, I was a coach for PSLL through Spring and during summer camp, as well as doing both hitting and fielding lessons.

Coach Joshua Almonte has been playing baseball for 19 years and coaching baseball and softball for two years. Being a coach is by far the best thing that has happened to him because its just more than sports. Its about being able to watch young athletes grow on and off the field, guiding them to become great individuals, and building friendships with parents and players. As a player being on the field is something we all love because it allows us to have fun and simply focus on our love for the game. Josh always said that it he did not make it “big” in baseball, he was going to give back by teaching the game.

Coach Victor Martinez is currently entering his Senior year at Baruch College, he is a Division 3 college pitcher. Also part of Baruch 2018-2019 CUNYAC & NAC championship team which made its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance. Before this Victor has done several clinics and programs previously working for P3 playground and parks at pier 40 (2016-2018).

Coach Johnluke Quintero has played baseball since he was 6 years old, he played for a travel baseball organization called Youth Service League.  Where he played for 11 years and won a National Championship for 16u baseball. Johnluke went to a boarding school in Pennsylvania for baseball as well where he received two league honors for both third base and shortstop while playing Varsity.
