For Parents

To add another parent/guardian email to your account so that they receive emails related to your child(ren):

Log in to psll.org
Click on your user name at the top left of the page
Choose My Profile
Click Add in Linked Accounts in the lower left corner.
The new parent email must accept the emailed invitation.

For Coaches

To edit your team info and send emails:

-Log in to PSLL.org
-Click on PSLL Baseball under the Home button
-Then click on your division
-Click on your team name to get to your page. I recommend bookmarking this for easy future reference.
-Be sure to click on "Edit Mode", which will appear in the upper left corner of your browser when you are logged in and on your team page. This will allow you to edit or ad info as well as send emails.
-Two yellow buttons appear on the right, 
-Be sure you are in "Edit Mode", like above
click on the yellow ADMIN button, then on Groups
-You will see your list of your players and coaches, the Message button at the top of the list takes you to Send an Email. Past emails will be stored here.

-You can also send emails and manage members through the yellow Manage Team button, there is an envelope icon at the top of the page to email players families.

 

To Update Game Score, Stats and Times:

-Sign in to your Sport Ngin account and navigate to your team page.
-Be sure to click the Edit Mode button in the upper left ON.
-Click on Game Schedule
-Clicking QS next to a game allows you to update the score quickly.
-Clicking the game time under STATUS allows you to edit player stats, score the game and edit game details.
-To edit game details such as date and time or to add notes, click the game time in the STATUS column, then the gear icon in the upper right.

For a Coach to add email addresses of parents to the team:

Sign on, go to your team page and click "Edit Mode", click the yellow Manage Team button. Here you can add additional players and staff yourself. I would add new parent emails as staff.

Email your team through the yellow ADMIN, Groups button. Click messages at the top of the roster list.

When on your team page in "Edit Mode"  you can also give your parents page view permissions under the yellow ADMIN tab, if they are not able to view the team page.
